Support – Annual Service Plan

Annual Service Plan provides 12 months maintenance support delivered by Smart Life Solutions, or one of our service partners, outside the 12 months warranty included with the original purchase of a CallGenie system.

Services that are included: 

• 8 working hour response to system failures
• Provision of CallGenie software updates
• Management of Teams
• Preventative maintenance
• Discounted replacement system units (Mini PC) in the event of a hardware failure

Services that are not included:

• Configuring CallGenie to work with a different television
• Transfer of ownership of a CallGenie system to a new user

Pay As You Go Services

If you don't want to commit to an annual service plan, you can use our pay-as-you-go service. This is charged at £30 inc VAT for each ½ hour of service that is provided.
