Do Not Disturb Button – Designed for personal care situations

The "Do Not Disturb" button connects to the CallGenie system via USB. When pressed the first time it lights red and disables incoming calls. When pressed again the light goes off and the incoming calls are re-enabled.

It comes with a rubber bottom and double sided hook and loop pad set for secure mounting. A couple of cable guides also come with the button.

The cable length from the callGenie mini-pc to the button is apx. 3 feet. This is usually sufficient for the button being placed in front of the TV when the minipc is mounted to the back of the TV or if it is placed on the same surface the TV stand or legs is on.

If you need a longer distance you will need to purchase the appropriate extension cable. We offer 3.3ft (together a little longer than 6 feet), 6.6 ft (together close to 10 feet), and 10 ft (together about 13 feet). The extension cables come with hook and loop (a.k.a. Velcro) to secure the extension cable in place.

It is designed primarily for carers and nursing staff to stop incoming calls while they are providing personal care at home or a care facility environment.
