• You have a condition that the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes or Alzheimer’s disease. It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb. If you are unsure, you should seek guidance from your GP or other medical professional.
• You have a terminal illness

You can register for VAT relief at checkout stage. Please look out for the following below:

Once you have logged into your us.callgenietv.com account please follow the instructions below:

• Click on the Tax Exemption tab on the left.

• Enter the qualifying conditions of the person you are claiming on behalf of
• Enter the full name and address (including postcode) of the person entitled to VAT relief for disabled
• Click on Submit Tax Info button

Return to the checkout to complete your order, you can do this from the tax exemption page of your account.
